I have the same problem on my 2016 Dodge charger. Driver side (left) tail light and trunk lights are out. Only one red light (I think the brake light) in the tail light comes on momentarily when I press unlock on the remote. Can’t locate any blown fuse. Diagram doesn’t say which fuse the driver side (left) tail light is. I was splicing the power cable from the rear driver side (left) running light to install a rear red fog light (is needed for Europe). When I tested the newly installed power cable before I closed everything up again, I had a 21W lightbulb installed to check if the splice had been done correctly. The rear driver tail light was still removed at that time. Using the remote pressing unlock momentarily lit up the rear driver side marker and the test light. This was odd, as the passenger side tail light and side marker stayed on. The other odd thing was that the trunk bar light was out. I installed the tail light again, but now it doesn’t come on at all. Only the brake light momentarily flashes when I press unlock

The problem had nothing to do with blown fuses or incorrectly spliced cables. The problem was a low battery voltage. Removed and charged the battery, then installed it again. After that all lights worked again, and I continued my project to install the rear fog light (see picture). So, if some of your lights don’t come on, consider charging your battery.
