Won't start

My 2012 dodge ram crew cab hemi v8
1500 Won't start. Everything comes on
and it cranks over but won't catch. I just
had another key fob made b4 I parked
it.will that machine they hooked up under
the cash to reprogram the fob cause this
or any other problem?? He was pressing
buttons and it wouldn't take at first then he
got it to work
IT DOESN'T SHOW 2012 ON YOUR  YEAR  
APP.

    It doesn't do this all the time but sometimes it will not turn over. Leave it alone for about an hour and it will start right up. What can this be?
