Check the cooling fan system by, Switcing on the ignition and then remove the Engine Coolant Temp sensor plug. The cooling fan fail safe system comes into operation and the fan will run at high speed. Checkm also the cooling fan relays have not short circuited.

My fan does not come on after removing the engine coolant temp sensor plug. My bantam also overheats. Some times it does some times it doesnt n when it does the radiator fan isnt running. I have checked the fan straight on battery. It works. Thermo state is relatively new and so it the coolant plug.

Check the cooling fan relays. This could be that there is a problem in the Computer Box it's self. If the ignition is switched to the ON position and the Coolant Temp sensor is disconnected the high speed cooling fan MUST operate.
