Are you doing the work? That is a complicated and potentially dangerous job- dangerous because you take the risk of bending valves- i would not recommend anyone doing this unless they have been successful at doing it at least once before- what can you do now? recheck everything-

Did the cam belt break thus requiring this repair? jamnblues is correct, this is not a job for the do it yourselfer. You can easily do more harm than good.
