Any suggestions on why my 2000 S40 Volvo runs great but the only issue when I turn off the motor to run into the store and get back out the car won't start usually need to wait 20 to 30minutes starts

sounds like your key transponder is on the fritz or the ring of wire around your ignition that receives the signal is going bad also when it happens put in neutral turn sterring wheel rub your head at same time sorry had to make joke ha ha try enyways
