2004 Dodge Ram 2500 cummins (24 valve) engine isn't starting.

I cleaned the motor and rebuilt the
cylinder head and it still won't start
any suggestions of why it won't
start?

did you use starting fluid to try and start it if so thats your problem you blew a injector tip and it will never start.
