how do i deactivate my theft device on 2002 grand am sedan

my anti theft device light is blinking and my car won't start how do I deactivate It

can't be done at home. you need to put in a security bypass. check with a local shop that installs remote starters, they will have the right tools and equipment. Alternatively.... go to the dealership and pay a ton of money to have it corrected.
