Needs a new radio. I can't believe the dealer would not fix that. It's a commen problem with these radios
mine stopped working too, and although this seems to be a common issue in this car, the dealer says I'd have to replace the unit at over $500. What a rip off...should last longer than a few years
Ok, I gotta better fix.. on the car radio go to advanced setup and select reset factory defaults. This resets the Bluetooth settings only. Then repair with phone, etc and it should work fine.
Where is Asvanced Setup? All I have is Setup: with options: Display, Sound, Phone or System. None of those options offer Advanced Setup.
How to advaced set up?

On the steering wheel, hit the phone option and you'll see settings and restore factory settings is at the bottom of the screen. Hope this helps!

We have a 2016 Hyundai sonata and if we are connected to Bluetooth, the person that I'm calling can hear me, but I cannot hear them at all. We have tried the factory reset and it didn't work
I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS limited and the setup option only shows display, sounds, and system. No phone option to setup Bluetooth. How do I change this?

Did you find how to do it I having the same issue
We have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, and our problem appears to not be that the Bluetooth will not connect; but that the radio does not recognize that it is connected. So when you hit the MEDIA button to listen to Bluetooth, it says nothing is connected. Factory Reset and deleting all devices and repairing are temporary solutions, but then problem will just return again.
