Clicking when trying to start

I have a 2002 Cadillac deville with a north star engine  sometime when I try to
start it will click an then it will finanny start but it seems that if I cut radio an air
conditioner off  it will start every time it that a starter problem or battery also I
have a u1066  could that have anything to do with it

The AC and audio systems are supposed to shut off when you try to start the engine and are probably not related to your problem. Usually a clicking says your battery is not providing sufficient power to start the car. This could be a weak battery or, possibly, corroded connections at the battery or starter. Sorry, I don't know what a "u 1066" is.
