2004 Ford expedition

My truck turns on I can be holding the gas
down and good once I let go of the gas it will
turn off I already changed the spark plugs
and oil and filter also starter any ideas what
this can be?

Sounds like idle issue. Check and clean anything that has to do with idle air system. Any applicable trouble codes? Use a tooth brush and clean throttle bore and plate. Some solvents aren't made to use in throttle bore. Try to clean any small air passages in throttle body. See if it helps?
