Can I transfer the sensor and module from one Acura to another?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I crashed my car and have been fixing it. The
last part I still have to do is get new sensors
and a module. I wanted to save some money
and try to find them in the junk yard. Is this
possible?

Yes it is possible,but that said,some junkyard parts are bad and some are not,50/50 shot.
