Hi, there sure isn't a lot of information on this rare Velocissima edition Alfetta. This one looks to be in beautiful shape. I am in the process of purchasing one in the S.F. Bay area that is also in all original condition (minus the addition of headers). I was searching to find out how many of these were produced and your post came up. Curious where you got the number (50 ever produced)? I was active on some Alfa forms to try and determine price and what I got was an average of about $5,500 (which seems pretty low for a limited edition car like this...but of course they are just opinions). What I was told is "not too many Alfa folks like the body kit. Just remember...taste is taste...each to his/her own." Anyhow not sure if I'm being of any help at all. I do like the styling and the car in general (performance, handling, etc.). I am getting it checked out thoroughly by an Alfa mechanic, and assuming he doesn't find anything terribly wrong with the car (which I don't expect since he has recently done $2000 in repairs on car getting things in order) I will probably end up picking it up (for about ($5400). Anyway hope you are enjoying yours (unless this is one you are selling or have sold)?. Maybe we need to start a Velocissima club...be a pretty small club...ha :)

hmmm...it would be nice to see a Velocissima Club...I would most definitely be interested...I own 2 of them:D If you have spares interested in liquidating I would also be interested in them especially Velocissima specific parts. I live in Spanaway, WA

Hey James, Forgot to check back on this site for any replies (ha...10 months later)! I ended up purchasing the car and drove it home to WA (I live in Issaquah...luckily have a garage to keep it in). It's been a fun "sunny day" driver. I definitely haven't seen any others around. I don't have any extra parts for the car (unless you want the CA smog pump:). Everything works on the car except for the speedometer (needs new cable). Hasn't been a top priority but would be nice to replace. Hope you are enjoying the two of yours, guessing it would still be a pretty small club in our area for Velocissima's. Hope you're enjoying yours, guessing they're buttoned up for the winter? Maybe see ya on the road sometime?
