They have been very responsive via phone, text, and email. They call to follow up and have worked with me, even being out of state, to try and provide me with what I am looking for.

They were horrible. I took a train and an Uber to purchase a vehicle which they knew I was coming. When I arrived the manager let his jeweler's wife hold the car. They had 2 similar cars. The car I wanted 2021 he told me was already sold which was a lie because it was on the lot and still listed. The 2020 he wanted me to put a down payment on the car he got mad because I didn't so i had to go all the way back home paying another $200 for a train ticket. They didn't even care. I wouldn't buy a cup of coffee from Bell's . They lie to people.
