They responded immediately and were very polite and courteous. They were ready to show me the vehicle that day but my schedule didn't permit it so I made an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately I received an email from them early the next morning that the vehicle had sold the evening prior. I appreciated that they told me straight away that morning. They didn't play a bait and switch that some dealerships have been known to do. The vehicle I was interested in looked spectacular and for a fair price so it didn't surprise me I lost out.

Quick response. The vehicle was sold and was still listed, but they notified me quickly that it had already been purchased so I could move on.

Great experience. Eric was helpful, respectful and thorough. We were very pleased with treatment we received and the negotiation process.
