This is a very good dealership, and I could tell when we entered the building, the sales manager was very inviting and respectful. We had been to two other dealerships to test drive a Lexus. We test drove three different models, so my wife to get a good feel for each one. Hop was very patient and understanding of her request. This dealership is excellent ended up purchasing this Buick LaCrosse the pictures do not do justice the car was amazing the car was purchased for my 87-year-old mother I've caught a flight to Denver and drove it back my mother loves it so do I great staff beautiful dealership and amazing results. Friendly service. However the salesman couldn’t justify how the (outrageous) lease rates (NX450h) were calculated. Instead I was told ‘you pay these rates for the pleasure to drive $65000 vehicle’ and ‘Lexus Financial incentive is provided to help you lease this vehicle’. I left this dealership in disbelief immediately after. If you have other choices to purchase Lexus, better use them.
