Excellent customer service, the experience was great!

Horrible service! the sales person contacted me and played games with this vehicle. He stated the car was available and he had 4 people interested in the vehicle. I committed to come and purchase the car today 05/17/24 after work. Jeremias then texted me back and said they had made a mistake in the listing price and that it was more. I responded to his text and told him it was not my error and they should honor the price I saw and negotiated. He responded he would talk to his supervisor and get back tome. A few minutes later he texted me back and said his manager agreed to honor the price of $15,550. Then a few minutes later he texted back and said that one of his co-workers was buying the car and was no longer available after they agreed to sell it to me. HORRIBLE way of doing business. I was so angry about this as I have been looking for a vehicle like this for a while. I would never attempt to do business with this dealership.

Make sure you ask for Amar, he was very polite, and he exceeded all of our expectations, he had a lot of patience and answer all of our questions, we test drove 4 cars until we decide, he had a smile the whole time. hanks Amar Hussain, Anderson Honda must be proud of having good sales consultant like you.

It took a while to get a video of the interior that I requested. Otherwise timely response.
