I had a 9 AM appointment set. I was there by 9 AM and there was nobody inside, the doors doors are open. Walk to the lot returned back in. 910 sent in the email to the person who confirmed appointment. Left the dealership. Did not return. Multiple emails back-and-forth person ended up being off so not sure why they made a 9 AM appointment me, also was not a sales rep. I did not live close to the dealership and drove about 50 minutes to be there so it was more than an inconvenience and I will not return to the dealership.
