Its fast. It is way dependable. The vehicle drives its self down the road. Its silver, so I never have to wash it and it STILL looks clean.
I don't like the fact that it is hard to keep aligned. I bought a life time alignment because of this fact; otherwise, it was 60-100 bucks every 5,000 miles.
It is so fun to drive. It gets anywhere from 18-20 mpg and i have very few complaints.
It has 123,000 miles on it, and it does have some rattles. there is a screw that is loose in the sun roof that ALWAYS makes noise. its slightly annoying. The head lights are not adjustable, and the vehicle was wrecked before I bought it, then a pheasant hit the head light on the left, so the left beam points lower than the right, and the right beam is still not quite high enough so the lighting at night with the low beams on really sucks.
I like the fact that my model still has 2wd, 4wd hi, 4wd lo instead of the newer models that have full time 4wd,

Pros — good gas mileage, selectable 2wd, 4wd, comfortable to drive, lots of room, over all excellent vehicle
Cons — Lighting at night, rattle in the sun roof, alignment sensitivity

It has good performance given that it has 115,000 miles on it! It is built pretty solid.  The look is ok i think its a lil girly but it was a good deal! it gets around 22 mpg. I only wish it had a sunroof and a rear spoiler to make it look a lil sportier!

Pros — Good gas milage given the size.
Cons — No sunroof!  It's white!

Best daily driver there is.  Didn't give it full points on performance an looks bc, hey it is an SUV.

Pros — Reliable, quiet, awesome in the worst weather, DAC, roomy, good on gas, sporty looking, steering controls.
Cons — The steering controls should let you hit every station, not just pre sets.

I have owned for one year and I love nearly everything about it.  I have owned several Toyota's in the past and have had excellent experiences with all (200,000 miles and more on all).  I don't expect this one to be any different as it seems like a very solid truck.

Pros — Great style, off-road capability, and the safety of full-time 4WD.
Cons — Rattle in the sun-roof (out of warranty when purchased), and fuel eff.

A great SUV that's fun to drive and bullet proof reliable.

Pros — Reliability, acceleration, handling, sound system
Cons — Fuel Economy could be better, but it's an SUV

Very satisfied after one year of owning this vehicle.  Bought it with 27000 miles and it now has 42000 miles and not one bit of trouble.

Pros — Reliable
Cons — Not made to a tall person

I have a 03' 4runner that I bought certified preowned this year. I found one with 24k miles on it. Back to the car, I love it. It drives really well for an SUV of its size. I have the 4.0 V6 and it moves. I live in Boston so snow is common and the first snow of the year I got on the road before anybody else. Untouched snow that was only about an inch thick (very slippery) and my 4runner drove like it was just another day. Never lost traction even on tight corners. Haven't had one problem yet and Toyota is known for its realiability. All I need now is a place to do some serious off roading. I had my doubts about the 4runner at first but have yet to be let down by it. Great buy.
